We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Architect & Project Manager to join our dynamic architectural team.
The ideal candidate will bring both innovative design skills and exceptional project management capabilities to ensure the successful delivery of diverse architectural projects.
You will play a critical role in shaping the architectural vision and directing teams to achieve outstanding results.
Your expertise will guide complex projects from inception to completion, with an emphasis on both technical proficiency and client satisfaction.
This role demands a strategic thinker who can harmonize architectural aesthetics with functional requirements, balancing quality, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural team through all project phases, from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into architectural solutions.
- Oversee the development of project blueprints, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and construction professionals to deliver cohesive projects.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to budgetary constraints and timeline expectations.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify project progression and quality assurance standards.
- Resolve any project challenges or obstacles that may arise during the construction phase.
- Work alongside project estimators to create and manage project budgets effectively.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress and expectations.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and project team members in their professional development.
- Maintain and enhance client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Implement advanced software tools to streamline the design and project management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor?s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architecture and project management.
- Licensed architect with a strong portfolio showcasing completed architectural projects.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp required.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional project teams.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety procedures is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects within strict timelines and budgets.
- Ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills required for effective project management.
