About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural design projects from concept development through execution.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, advanced design capabilities, and proven experience in handling complex architectural projects within a structured and professional environment.
The candidate should be capable of independently managing design development, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with project standards, and delivering high-quality architectural solutions aligned with project and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development and project execution
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, technical details, and construction documentation
- Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and quality standards
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design discussions
- Review and supervise design deliverables and BIM coordination processes
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities
- Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance
- Manage design coordination and resolve technical issues during project execution
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Mandatory)
- Professional certifications or Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 7-8+ years of relevant architectural experience
- Strong experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects
- GCC/Saudi Arabia project experience is highly preferred
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in:
• Architectural Design Development
- Construction Documentation
- Technical Detailing
- Space Planning
- Design Coordination
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Rhino
- SketchUp and BIM tools
- Strong knowledge of:
- Saudi building regulations and standards
- BIM coordination workflows
- Material specifications and construction methodologies
