Overview
- Prepare, review, and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Lead architectural planning from concept design to project completion.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other relevant authorities.
- Handle authority submissions, approvals, and NOCs.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and standards.
- Resolve design and technical issues during construction.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior architects and drafting teams.
