Senior Architect
to join us in

This is an excellent opportunity for an architect who combines creativity with technical expertise and is capable of leading architectural projects from early design stages through detailed coordination and execution support.
The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality architectural solutions across a range of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Role Overview
The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design and coordination activities, ensuring the development of innovative, practical, and regulation-compliant design solutions.
The role requires close collaboration with clients, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain project quality, efficiency, and technical excellence throughout all phases.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and development of architectural concepts, presentations, and design packages
- Oversee design coordination with structural, MEP, and specialist disciplines
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, project objectives, and authority regulations
- Manage submissions, reviews, revisions, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor design progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Participate in technical reviews, tender documentation, and construction-stage support
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
- Maintain high standards of architectural quality, detailing, and project documentation
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized university
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE
- Strong experience in architectural consultancy and project coordination
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM platforms, and presentation software
- Familiarity with local authority regulations, submission procedures, and building codes
- Strong technical knowledge, communication abilities, and leadership qualities
- Organized, proactive, and committed to quality and project success
