Enhance's B2B SaaS platform supports gym chains in selling, scheduling, and managing PT, and the company also runs PT services inside partner clubs.
The role sits in the Data team and works with club managers, PT leads, Operations, and Finance.
The role owns models and metrics for club and trainer performance, session sales and use, and pricing effects on revenue and retention.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain transformation models for PT packages, booked, delivered, and cancelled sessions, trainer schedules, club capacity, and revenue.
- Create shared definitions for trainer utilisation, client retention and renewal, and revenue by club and trainer.
- Analyse package price, size, discounts, and trainer commission to understand session margins and price sensitivity; recommend and help test changes.
- Show peak demand by club and time slot, idle trainer hours, and capacity gaps to improve scheduling and staffing.
- Shape dashboard tables so club managers and PT leads can answer questions without writing SQL.
- Add tests, freshness checks, and documentation, and fix data issues before they reach dashboards.
- Partner with data engineering on ingestion and with Operations, Finance, and club leadership on their needs.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years in analytics engineering, BI engineering, or data analytics, with ownership of production data models.
- Advanced SQL, including window functions, performance tuning, and writing readable code.
- Hands-on dbt or similar experience with modular models, tests, documentation, and version control using Git.
- Experience with a cloud warehouse such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
- Good grasp of dimensional or star-schema data modelling and metric definition.
- Comfort with operational and commercial data, including utilisation, capacity, cohorts, pricing, and unit economics.
- Clear communication, including explaining numbers and caveats to club managers and trainers.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Economics.
- Ability to analyse data and build dashboards using tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster.
- Experience with advanced statistical methods such as A/B testing and regression analysis.
- Pricing analysis experience, such as price elasticity, package design, or commission modelling.
- Python for analysis or automation.
- Arabic is a plus but is not required.
