Essentials and qualifications
- A valid KSA driving licence and car are required to perform job duties.
- An accredited personal training certification and First Aid certification are required.
- English and Arabic language skills, written and spoken, are required; other languages are a plus.
- A BA or MA in Sport and Physical Education is a plus.
- Expected competencies include personal training knowledge, ethical conduct, client listening, communication, customer service, time management and organization.
Essential job functions
- Motivate clients to complete sessions and reach their fitness goals.
- Use the trainer app to manage bookings, sessions, rescheduling and cancellations.
- Communicate schedule changes with the Head of Trainers.
- Prepare sessions in advance and confirm session location and timing with clients.
- Provide workouts, tools and advice for building and managing healthy habits.
- Schedule feedback sessions and track and monitor client progress.
- Help clients benefit from their fitness package subscriptions.
Other duties
- Take part in workout videos or tutorials for the marketing team when requested.
- Attend weekly office meetings and follow-up sessions, arrive on time, and care for company equipment and gear.
- Wear the provided branded attire during sessions and maintain professionalism, inclusion and belonging.
