Senior Analyst, Sourcing Enablement

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with procurement category leaders on sourcing events and data analysis for more than $100 million in RFP spend.
• Turn complex datasets into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain decision-critical data products and AI tooling for procurement strategy and process management.
• Conduct ad hoc spend and cost analytics to identify savings opportunities and support category initiatives.
• Represent North American team interests in global procurement tool, program, and process rollouts.
• Gather business requirements, establish audit and approval controls, and drive adoption and compliance through training and enforcement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant advanced analytical experience and/or 1–2 years of management consulting experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Math, Engineering, Data/Computer Science, or another relevant area.
• Advanced fluency in spreadsheet modeling and data analytics.
• Basic SQL proficiency is required; advanced SQL and/or Python experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to synthesize unstructured data, communicate complex technical information, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Workplace arrangement

• Flexible hybrid work includes a minimum of two office days per week; most teams are in the office two to three days per week.
• Teams may choose when and how often they work from the office or home, in addition to team and company days.
• The role may be based at company headquarters or a distribution center and may involve exposure to common food allergens.

Compensation

• The stated Toronto, Ontario pay range is $69,000–$84,333 CAD; no compensation cadence is specified.
