Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, economics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate research, market analysis, economics, or a related analytical field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in statistics that can evaluate large data sets to understand dependent and independent variables
- Curious and interested in commercial real estate
- Ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance output and create efficiencies
- Proactive and strategic thinking and ability to lead research initiatives, align research with the business, and innovate research output for a rapidly changing industry and product type
- Confident presenting to and facilitating discussions with both internal and external stakeholders, media, and leadership with the ability to lead and run productive meetings
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership, and willing to adopt and explore emerging technology and AI innovation to advance research methodologies and CRE projects
- Command of economic and business drivers with good understanding of macro trends and historical perspective
- Location: South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties)
- Compensation: $80,000-$90,000
