Knowledge and Skills

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely across all levels of the organization. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate team efforts and drive results. Excellent organizational and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks or initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented approach with analytical and spreadsheet-modeling skills. Strong ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a wide variety of instructions presented in mathematical or diagram form. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. For internal candidates: knowledge of purchase orders, AI agents, the capital request process, budgeting, and report capture. English language proficiency and the ability to present information clearly and effectively to a team of five or more.
