Senior Analyst - Financial Reporting

Execute monthly financial close responsibilities, including reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts, variance documentation, and performance of internal controls

Develop and perform complex analysis

Record, report, analyze and effectively communicate the firm's financial and operational results

Research and implement technical accounting policy

Apply new perspectives to solve complex problems

Participate in and/or lead cross functional teams responsible for implementing finance business objectives and projects

Proactively identify efficiencies and control improvements, propose solutions to key stakeholders, and drive implementation of solutions

Develop and manage business relationships within and outside the organization to gather critical information and influence key decisions
