Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Leverage advanced machine learning techniques to innovate next-generation models and support business growth.
• Conduct case reviews to generate insights for improving model performance and decision-making.
• Align analytical and modeling efforts with business objectives through stakeholder collaboration.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review research papers and identify use cases to enhance model development and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

• A graduate or postgraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Management is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in analytical or modeling work is required.
• Proficiency in Python, Hive, and PySpark is required.
• Hands-on experience with advanced machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms is required.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as Google Cloud for model training is required.
• Experience handling large datasets and implementing data preprocessing techniques is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, judgment, and problem-solving abilities are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of American Express platforms is preferred.
• Experience building and deploying models is preferred.
• Experience working with agents and associated risks is preferred.
