Senior Analyst-Data Analytics

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Generate analytics insights with Marketing teams to improve offer redemption and merchant and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and own technology solutions, algorithms, platforms, and scalable products for complex business problems.
• Enhance existing solutions using big data and advanced analytics.
• Work with global partners across multiple business units.
• Turn unstructured requests into analytical strategies, actionable insights, and solution options based on timeline and data availability.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years of relevant analytics experience.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Merchant or consumer business experience is preferred.
• Postgraduate study in Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering is preferred.
• Required capabilities include analytics, insights, targeting, advanced statistical techniques, and advanced Excel.
• Technical capabilities include Python, SQL, Hive, PySpark, and Power BI.
