Role overview

Responsibilities

• Assist with client action plans, project coordination, proposals, presentations, and engagement with key decision makers.
• Train customers on software applications and follow up to gauge the success of recommended changes.
• Participate in internal projects, develop professionally, mentor others, and seek mentorship.
• Help develop new business through lead generation and partner referrals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant consulting, professional services, or corporate procurement experience.
• Experience leading small projects.
• A university degree or diploma in one of the listed supply chain, technology, business operations, or international business fields.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Coupa or Zip experience is strongly preferred; experience with Ivalua, SAP Ariba, or GEP is also mentioned.
• French and/or Spanish proficiency is an asset.

• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, initiative, and ownership.
• Detail orientation and ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple projects.
• Strong written and oral communication, including explaining complex concepts.
• Experience with delivery and public speaking; ability to work across departments and functions.

Travel and work environment

• Ability to travel within Canada and the United States.
