Senior Analyst

Job Title Senior Analyst Job Description Job Summary The Senior Analyst – Travel & Facilities Operations is responsible for managing end-to-end domestic and international business travel for employees while ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of facilities and travel-related invoices. The role also supports workplace security operations and Emergency Response Team (ERT) coordination to ensure seamless business continuity, compliance, and an excellent employee experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Travel Operations

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international business travel arrangements including flights, hotels, airport transfers, travel insurance, and visa coordination. • Coordinate with employees, travel management companies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers. • Ensure compliance with travel policy and approvals. • Handle travel escalations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and emergency travel. • Monitor travel costs and maintain travel MIS and dashboards.

Invoice Processing & Vendor Payments

• Process and validate facilities and travel invoices through Aerchain or equivalent platform. • Review invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and commercial terms. • Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and vendors for timely approvals and payments. • Manage invoices for pantry, cafeteria, hygiene, water, AMCs, rentals, CAM, utilities, employee transport, flights, hotels, and travel insurance. • Prepare monthly reconciliations and payment trackers.

Emergency Response Team (ERT)

• Coordinate ERT activities and communications. • Arrange mock drills in coordination with the builder and external training with agencies such as G4S. • Maintain ERT records and support business continuity initiatives.

Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with travel, transport, security, and facilities vendors. • Monitor SLAs, resolve issues, and support contract renewals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related discipline. • Certification in Travel Management or Facilities Management is an added advantage. • Corporate Travel Management • International Visa Coordination • Invoice Processing & Reconciliation • Vendor Management • Facilities Administration • MS Excel, PowerPoint & ERP Systems
