Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the US onshore branch and provide comprehensive support.
- Understand and implement US health insurance standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Support the full policy lifecycle and conduct end-to-end renewal activities.
- Serve as Client Associate for approximately 35 accounts and coordinate with internal operations teams to complete renewals on time.
- Handle queries to minimize rework, identify risks and issues, and navigate them to resolution.
- Build positive relationships with onshore branch staff to enhance customer experience.
- Complete renewal documentation, including Census, SBC, SPD, carrier proposals, enrollment materials, contracts, certificates, and policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Graduate with 3–5 years of insurance-domain experience.
- US Health Insurance domain certification, such as ACSRL, is preferred.
- Experience transitioning or onboarding services, serving as a single point of contact, and onshore travel is advantageous.
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
