Senior Analyst - Benefits Support Management

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the US onshore branch.
• Implement US health insurance standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Support the policy lifecycle and conduct end-to-end renewal activities.
• Serve as Client Associate for approximately 35 accounts.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to complete renewals on time.
• Handle queries, minimize rework, and navigate identified risks and issues to resolution.
• Maintain renewal documentation, including Census, SBC, SPD, carrier proposals, enrollment materials, contracts, certificates, and policies.
• Build positive relationships with onshore branch staff to support customer experience.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in the insurance domain.
• Advanced computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of insurance, with organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred.
• US health insurance carrier experience, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, or MetLife, is preferred.
• US Health Insurance domain certification, such as ACSRL, is preferred.
• Service transition or onboarding experience, serving as a SPOC, or onshore travel is an advantage.
