What You'll Do

• As a
• Senior Analyst in a Client Focused role
• , you will work on long-tail projects focused on Implementation, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data, and related expertise, etc.).
• You will contribute to cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and create strong impact for the client.
• While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected in order to understand client requirements and to design / develop solutions.
• You will support implementation projects, working in conjunction with business leaders, through activities such as:
• Driving key modules within implementation projects, focusing on executing strategies in line with established goals
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving, applying business transformation principles in practical scenarios
• Contributing to the activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models.
• Communicating with case teams and clients team members in a credible and confident way
• Ensuring high-quality execution of project components, maintaining a focus on practical efficiency and effectiveness
• Streamlining and enhancing organizational processes and skill development for efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Additionally, as a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to codifying knowhow & assets emerging from case and proposal work and will assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your expertise.

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of consulting experience in Operations/ Procurement and implementation or related field strongly preferred
• In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred
• Analyzing data and extracting actionable insights
• Proven experience in effectively translating strategy into action
• Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, Power Point) other analytical tools is +
• Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
