We are hiring: Senior AI Software Programmer
We are looking for a highly skilled AI software programmer to build advanced automation tools, AI agents, and intelligent workflow systems for business operations.
This is not an entry-level role.
We need someone who can think, build, test, and execute independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents for email reading, classification, deal matching, and workflow automation
- Develop software that connects with Gmail, CRM systems, databases, APIs, and internal business tools
- Build LLM-based applications using OpenAI / Claude / similar models
- Create dashboards, reporting tools, and smart search systems
- Automate repetitive business processes with reliable, secure, scalable code
- Work closely with management to turn business ideas into working AI products
- Required experience:
- Strong Python programming experience
- Proven experience with AI/LLM applications, RAG systems, AI agents, and automation
- API integration experience
- Database experience: SQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB or similar
- Experience with cloud deployment: AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and access control
- Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions
Preferred
- Experience with Gmail/Google Workspace integrations
- CRM automation experience
- Maritime, shipping, real estate, or brokerage workflow knowledge
- Experience building AI assistants for sales, lead management, or document analysis
- Location: Dubai / Remote possible for the right candidate
- Type: Full-time or project-based
- Seniority: Senior / Expert level only
