Property Consultant– Commercial, Off-Plan & Secondary Market
We are looking for a driven and professional **Property Consultant** to handle **Commercial, Off-Plan, and Secondary Market properties**.
The role suits a target-oriented individual who can manage the full sales cycle while delivering excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell **commercial, off-plan, and secondary market properties**
- Generate and manage leads through company and personal channels
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions
- Maintain client data and follow-ups using the company CRM
- Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and landlords
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales (commercial or residential preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of the local real estate market
- Professional appearance and work ethic
Compensation & Benefits
- **Basic Salary:** Provided
- **Commission:** **High commission**
- **Visa:** Company-provided visa after 1st deal only
