Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python expertise.
- Experience building and deploying AI agents in production for real users.
- Strong experience with LangGraph, LangChain, agent orchestration, tool calling, and evaluation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with production-grade RAG and retrieval systems.
- Deep understanding of context engineering, prompt engineering, and agent architecture.
- Strong knowledge of FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and scalable backend systems.
- Experience optimizing AI systems for cost, latency, reliability, and quality.
- Understanding of model routing, caching, token optimization, and AI infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and high-ownership startup skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI layer end-to-end and build deep product context for AI agents.
- Design and improve retrieval, context, memory, and reasoning pipelines.
- Optimize model performance, latency, reliability, and cost.
- Build evaluation frameworks for subjective AI workflows.
- Improve AI user experience through streaming and failure handling.
- Monitor production AI systems and continuously improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with the CTO on product and technical decisions.
- Adopt relevant AI advancements and drive differentiating architecture decisions.
Work Arrangement
- The role is based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
- Work from the office five days a week.
Interview Process
- The process includes two technical rounds, an assignment if applicable, and a final discussion with the CTO.
