Principal-level technical and strategic leader designing, deploying, and scaling agentic AI solutions in production.
Guides clients from idea through prototype and production to measurable value.

Partners with industry vertical leaders, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead senior-stakeholder discovery to identify high-impact agentic use cases and translate business problems into production-ready designs.
- Architect secure, auditable agentic workflows for reasoning, tool use, data access, and evaluation.
- Drive solutions from prototype to AltaForge production deployment and align them with platform architecture for reuse and scale.
- Define and enforce evaluation standards that measure outcomes and value creation.
- Support account growth through successful delivery and lifecycle value realization.
Success measures
Deliver 6–8 production deployments per year and achieve strong time-to-value from concept to go-live.
Achieve high client satisfaction, measurable business impact, and high-quality evaluation datasets tied to real outcomes.
Contribute to recurring and licensing revenue growth.
What you bring
- 8+ years in AI/ML, architecture, or technical strategy roles.
- Deep experience with agentic AI, RAG systems, orchestration, and tool integration.
- Experience supporting AI system deployment in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment; executive presence across technical and commercial domains.
- Focus on production, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
