Guide clients from idea through prototype and production to measurable value; combine technical architecture with commercial outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact agentic AI use cases.
- Translate business problems into production-ready AI system designs.
- Architect secure, auditable agentic workflows for reasoning, tool use, data access, and evaluation.
- Drive solutions from prototype to production deployment on AltaForge.
- Align solutions with AltaForge architecture for reuse and scale.
- Define and enforce evaluation standards to measure outcomes and value creation.
- Support account growth through successful delivery and lifecycle value realization.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in AI/ML, architecture, or technical strategy roles.
- Deep experience with agentic AI, RAG systems, orchestration, and tool integration.
- Experience supporting AI deployment in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Strong systems thinking, architectural judgment, and executive presence across technical and commercial domains.
- A focus on production, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
