Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong programming and system design skills in.NET or Java with experience building APIs and cloud-native backend services.
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience developing enterprise applications using C# and.NET.
  • Strong hands-on experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock or equivalent.
  • Experience designing agentic workflows, integrating MCP tools and servers, and building AI experiences for chat or conversational user interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a strong background building enterprise applications with C# and.NET.
  • Have recently incorporated AI capabilities into existing products, platforms, or workflows.
  • Are comfortable moving between architecture, hands-on development, integration, and production support.
  • Enjoy solving practical business problems with technology rather than building experimental proofs of concept.
  • Can balance software engineering best practices with the rapid pace of emerging AI technologies.
  • This position will be located in Atlanta, Georgia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
