Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Health Data Science, or a related field.
- 10 years of healthcare or hospital experience in health data, or a related field.
- The role requires awareness of UAE laws and company information governance policies.
Tasks
- Assist the Head of Section with data quality audits, process development, communication with entities, and responses to enquiries.
- Maintain data quality through rigorous analysis and auditing of reporting data.
- Carry out regular data maintenance to achieve data quality standards.
- Work with internal customers, external entities, and vendors to resolve data issues promptly.
- Ensure entities produce health data or provide services according to data standards.
- Support delivery of the health data governance section’s annual KPIs and work programs.
- Undertake other duties determined by the Head of Section.
