Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Health Data Science, or a related field.
- 10 years of healthcare or hospital experience in health data, or a related field.
Governance knowledge
- Be aware of UAE laws and company information-governance policies.
Role responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Section with data quality audits, process development, entity communications, and enquiries.
- Maintain data quality through rigorous analysis and auditing of data used in reporting.
- Perform regular data maintenance to achieve data quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal customers, external entities, and vendors to resolve data issues promptly.
- Ensure entities produce health data or provide services in accordance with data standards.
- Support delivery of annual KPIs and work programs for the health data governance section.
- Undertake other duties assigned by the Head of Section.
