Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our events and exhibitions business. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE accounting regulations and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting laws, VAT regulations, and corporate tax requirements
• Handle VAT filing and corporate tax submissions accurately and on time
• Oversee supplier payments, salary processing, and expense management
• Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring proper documentation and tracking
• Generate periodic financial reports, including profit & loss statements and cash flow reports
• Monitor and manage petty cash and company expenditures
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities when required
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the events or exhibitions industry
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and corporate tax regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience in handling high-volume transactions in a project-based environment
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
