Job Title: Business Development Manager – Events & Exhibitions
Location:** Dubai, United Arab Emirates
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Business Development Manager** to join our growing team in the Events & Exhibitions industry in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the events, exhibitions, and experiential marketing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and industry partners.
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and present customized event and exhibition solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the operations and project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in the Events & Exhibitions industry within the UAE.
- Strong network of corporate clients and industry contacts in UAE.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
