Job Responsibilities
- Operates office machines and assist team members as required.
- Maintains office supplies as necessary.
- Performs any other clerical or miscellaneous duties as requested by the supervisor.
- Creates and maintains filing systems, records, and indices. Keeps reference files up-to-date by adding and deleting obsolete information.
- Maintain time keeping records and prepare schedules.
- Receives incoming mail, sorts, logs and distributes as requires. Receives outgoing mail, logs and distributes. Coordinate meetings.
- Types all kinds of correspondence, reports, and Saudi Aramco forms
- Receives telephone calls and visitors in a courtesy courteous manner.
- Gives answers to routine questions or takes messages. Refers other matters to appropriate personnel.
- Schedules and books meetings as needed.
