A highly confident and dependable Senior Accountant with over 10 years of hands‑on experience in banking relations, bank reconciliations, general accounting, and financial analysis. Known for the ability to work independently, take full ownership of responsibilities, and manage complex accounting tasks with minimal supervision. Strong in building financial models, analyzing data, and supporting management with clear, practical insights. Able to communicate effectively across departments and work closely with senior management. Bilingual in Arabic and English is an advantage.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Independently manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, ensuring smooth handling of all banking matters and transactions.
• Perform detailed bank reconciliations and promptly resolve differences to maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle all banking‑related accounting activities, including journal entries for month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Manage bank account openings and closures, following up with banks on documentation and requirements.
• Coordinate and follow up on Letters of Credit (LCs) and Letters of Guarantee (LGs).
• Review and record bank charges and interest on a regular basis.
• Coordinate corporate credit card issuance and cancellations, and ensure all related transactions are correctly recorded.
• Prepare financial analyses and develop models to support cash flow planning and forecasting.
• Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights that support better decisions and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate accounting records using accounting software to ensure reliable reporting.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance

Certifications

• CPA, CMA, or ACCA (considered an added advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
