Senior Accountant – Real Estate Company

About This Role

Casabella PB is seeking a highly professional and experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in Dubai real estate brokerage accounting. The ideal candidate must possess excellent financial management skills, experience dealing with developers and clients, and a solid understanding of UAE accounting regulations, VAT, and Corporate Tax compliance.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of independently managing the company’s accounting operations while acting as the main point of contact for developers, clients, and third parties regarding financial matters.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Minimum 2 years of real estate industry experience in the UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent is highly preferred
• Strong experience using Tally ERP
• Excellent knowledge of:
• Real estate brokerage accounting
• UAE VAT regulations
• UAE Corporate Tax compliance
• Financial reporting and reconciliations
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Commission and developer statement tracking
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management

• Manage the full accounting cycle of the company
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records using Tally ERP
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and operational expenses
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting records

Client & Developer Coordination

• Act as the main point of contact with developers regarding:
• Statements of accounts
• Commission reconciliation
• Payment follow-ups
• Outstanding balances
• Financial disputes and clarifications
• Handle client and third-party accounting matters professionally and efficiently
• Follow up on pending payments and collections

VAT & Corporate Tax

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
• Prepare and coordinate VAT filings and Corporate Tax documentation
• Maintain proper records for audits and tax reporting
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when required

Operational Support

• Support management with financial planning and reporting
• Improve accounting procedures and internal controls
• Coordinate with sales and administration teams regarding commissions, invoices, and collections

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in a Dubai real estate brokerage company is highly preferred
• Familiarity with developer portals and payment processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
