Responsibilities
· Accounting:
o Responsible for full accounting function
§ Accounts Receivable
§ Processing Customer Orders, raising invoices, customer payment allocation and reconciliation, monthly statement preparation, processing of credit notes, payment follow up and query resolution.
Follow up on outstanding receiving copy invoices with distribution team
§ Accounts Payable
§ Processing supplier bills, recording supplier payments, raising Vendor Credits, and monthly statement and Reconciliation
§ Month End Closing Entries
§ Monthly Rebate Calculation and accrual
§ Salary Journal entry
§ Bank Reconciliation
§ Payroll preparation
§ Responsible for full Petty Cash process.
Issuing, recording in system and reconciliation of processed transaction to physical cash at month end.
· Inventory Management:
o Maintain accurate inventory records for onsite inventory.
o Physically receiving returned items from customers and updating inventory tracking sheet for onsite inventory.
o Processing sales returns in Zoho system
o Preparing daily inventory orders per delivery schedule from offsite storage location
o Updating delivery schedule with items to be removed and/or returned to onsite storage area
o Perform regular reconciliation between Zoho records and onsite inventory tracking sheet as well as Zoho and offsite storage facility records
o Processing receipt of inward shipping and landed cost computation
· Logistics
o Prepare daily delivery schedule in collaboration with Sales Team.
· Compliance and Confidentiality:
o Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
o Maintain integrity and discretion in handling sensitive client and company information.
· Execute any other lawful instructions as required by management
Skills
Skill requirements:
· advance MS Excel
· Minimum8 years Accounting Experience in a Retail /Corporate environment, Solid Audit Experience /Book Running is an advantage
· Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance (Professional Certification is a strong Advantage but not a must)
· Demonstrated experience with inventory management
· Able to work under pressure
· High standard of organization and time management
· Excellent level in English all aspects
