D1 Management seeks a Senior Accountant for its Finance Department in Dubai.
One vacancy; 7–10 years of experience required.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily accounting activities covering invoicing, collections, supplier payments, bank transactions, and cash management.
- Reconcile bank accounts, customer and supplier balances, inventory, intercompany transactions, and general ledger accounts.
- Monitor transactions, identify discrepancies, and resolve accounting issues.
- Supervise accounting staff and review transactions for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, accounting procedures, and internal controls.
- Improve accounting processes and maintain accurate financial records.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
- 7–10 years of relevant accounting experience, including at least three years in a senior accounting or supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing daily accounting operations and supervising accounting teams.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, and financial reconciliations.
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
- ACCA, CMA, CPA, or DipIFR certification is highly preferred.

- Strong background in operational accounting and financial controls.
- Leadership, team management, communication, and coordination capabilities.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple accounting responsibilities.

Pay
- Pay starts at AED 1.00 per month.
