Dubai Natural Care Medical Centre seeks a professional, patient-focused, service-oriented Patient Relations Executive in Dubai.
The role supports an excellent patient experience by assisting patients, addressing inquiries and concerns, coordinating with medical and administrative teams, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors professionally and courteously.
- Assist with inquiries about appointments, services, procedures, and clinic information.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with relevant departments.
- Handle patient concerns, feedback, and complaints and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Communicate with doctors, nurses, reception, and other departments to facilitate patient needs.
- Maintain accurate patient information and documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
- Support patient registration and front-office activities; follow centre policies and procedures.
- Help identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Patient relations, patient experience, customer service, or medical front-office experience is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to handle concerns and sensitive situations calmly and professionally; organized and able to multitask.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with hospital or clinic management systems are advantageous.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- UAE-based candidates are preferred.
- The ideal candidate is compassionate, approachable, discreet, and comfortable serving patients from diverse backgrounds.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
