Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Accountant.
The Senior Accountant will oversee financial reporting, manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare budgets, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly and yearly financial statements, supporting audits, and analyzing financial data to guide strategic decision-making.
This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain the financial health of the company and contribute to overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Proficiency in financial analysis, data interpretation, and cost control methodologies
- Experience in accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Excellent spreadsheet skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and familiarity with accounting software
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Prior experience in manufacturing, printing, or packaging industries is a plus
