About This Role
Senior Accountant
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our facility management team. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision making through accurate reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control for facility management projects
- Handle invoicing, revenue recognition, and contract-based billing
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and company policies
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience (facility management or contracting industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or CMA) is an advantage
- Experience in the UAE facility management sector
- Knowledge of VAT regulations in the UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
