- Leads the end-to-end accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate SOA review, receipt approvals, and management of unallocated receipts.
- Oversees VAT reporting and escrow reconciliations to ensure full regulatory compliance and financial accuracy.
- Drives timely collections and monitors receivables performance through overdue, 24%, and management reporting.
- Delivers insightful analysis and customized reports to support strategic decision-making and cash flow optimization.
- Manages data transformation and integration between Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite to ensure consistency and efficiency in financial reporting.
Requirements
- 6-8 Years of experience in real estate development
• MBA Finance, ACCA
Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
