HSE Officer – Construction Site (6-Month Contract)
Fixed-Term: 7 Months (extantable depedng on work)
**About the Role** We are looking for a hands-on HSE Officer to support health, safety, and environmental compliance on an active construction site.
This is a contract role for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections and hazard assessments
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company standards
- Investigate incidents and near-misses; prepare reports
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety inductions for site staff
- Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and records
- Coordinate with site management on corrective actions
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in construction
- Familiar with local regulatory requirements (e.g., OSHAD/UAE regulations if applicable)
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
