Job Summary
The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, monitoring company transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Duties

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor daily accounting transactions and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly payroll coordination and salary reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Monitor employee advances, deductions, and petty cash records.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits.
- Prepare VAT-related documents and financial statements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Supervise junior accountants and accounting staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum ______ years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
