Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
3 5 years of relevant experience; real estate development or construction experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Odoo, or similar).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional certifications (CPA, CMA) are a plus.
