About This Role
Overview
To manage and oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and taxation activities, ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Review and process vendor invoices ensuring accuracy, approvals, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor AP aging, advances, and supplier balances.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Review customer invoicing, receipts, and credit notes.
- Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Perform bank receipt postings and monthly reconciliations review.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues.
Taxation & Compliance
- Prepare and review VAT returns and Zakat / income tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support tax audits and respond to tax-related queries.
Financial Reporting & Closing
- Perform monthly reconciliations review.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist external auditors and provide required schedules and explanations.
- Contribute to process improvements and internal control enhancements.
