SEED Graphics Design LLC is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented *Senior Accountant* to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and financial regulations, and supporting the organization's financial planning and reporting activities.
Knowledge of procurement processes will be an added advantage.
➡ *Qualifications*
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 4+ years of UAE experience in accounting and finance.
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
Knowledge of procurement processes will be an added advantage.
➡ *Key Responsibilities*
Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Process payroll and maintain employee-related financial records as required.
Support procurement-related financial transactions and cost monitoring.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
➡ *Required Skills & Competencies*
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and UAE VAT regulations. ✔ Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar ERP/accounting software.
✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
✔ Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ✔ Knowledge of procurement and vendor management is an added advantage.
