SEED Graphics Design LLC is looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance & Procurement Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing finance, accounting, and procurement operations while ensuring compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT regulations, and financial laws.
The role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, accounts receivable and payable, maintaining store ledgers and fund flow statements, coordinating audits, preparing financial reports, and handling procurement cycles, vendor management, and materials handling.
The candidate should possess strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in Zoho Books or similar accounting software, and the ability to work effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in Finance and Procurement roles.
Valid Uae Driving Licence Required

- Oversee finance, accounting, and procurement operations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Maintain store ledger and fund flow statements.
- Ensure accurate accounting entries in Zoho Books or similar ERP systems.
- Coordinate audits and prepare financial reports.
- Manage procurement cycles, vendor relationships, and materials handling.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT regulations, and financial laws.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT compliance, and financial regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory handling.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, and financial analysis.
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and contract negotiations to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, evaluate vendor performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and monitor inventory, logistics, and procurement compliance to support operational and project requirements efficiently.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively across departments.
