Responsibilities
- Build and manage the accounting function.
- Implement financial controls, processes, and reporting.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, the general ledger, cash flow, and working capital.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and authorities.
- Ensure tax, VAT, and local regulatory compliance in each country.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decisions, including investment appraisals and pricing.
- Implement ERP and accounting systems for multi-site operations.
- Recruit and lead future finance staff as the business grows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of accounting experience, including at least three years in a senior role.
- Multi-country experience; GCC experience is preferred.
- Strong ERP and Microsoft Office skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE driving license.
