Role Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-location café operations, including quality, hygiene, service standards, and team leadership.
- Manage hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Manage health-conscious and seasonal menus.
- Manage inventory, suppliers, and cost control.
- Drive budgets, sales performance, and revenue growth through market analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Health Club Management.
- Ensure food safety compliance and maintain strong supplier and customer relationships.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is required.
- Proven food and beverage management experience is required.
- Experience in health-focused food and beverage operations or specialty coffee is preferred.
- Strong leadership, financial, and analytical skills are required.
- A creative, customer-focused approach to growth is required.
