About This Role

You will own the end-to-end client relationship for a portfolio of accounts spanning government entities, corporate brands, and SMEs.

You are the strategic bridge between the client and YAZ Media s internal teams, translating business objectives into actionable briefs, ensuring on-time and on-quality delivery, and proactively identifying growth opportunities within your accounts. This is not a hands-on execution role. You will not be scheduling social media posts or directing video shoots. Instead, you will be the person who ensures the right teams are briefed, aligned, and delivering work that meets the client s strategic goals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining trust and ensuring high satisfaction across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to understand evolving needs and align on priorities.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by developing a deep understanding of each client s business, industry, and competitive landscape.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.

Strategic Planning & Briefing

  • Translate client objectives into clear internal briefs for Creative, Studio, Production, PR, and Technology teams.
  • Develop and present campaign strategies, content direction, and social media plans that align with client KPIs and brand positioning.
  • Lead strategic pitches and creative presentations to clients, articulating the rationale behind proposed work.
  • Collaborate with department leads to shape proposals, timelines, and resource allocation for integrated campaigns.

Project & Delivery Oversight

  • Own end-to-end project timelines and deliverable tracking across all active workstreams for your accounts.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental delivery to ensure work is completed on brief, on time, and to YAZ Media s quality standards.
  • Review creative outputs, production deliverables, and campaign assets before client presentation, ensuring alignment with the approved brief and brand guidelines.
  • Flag risks, delays, or scope changes early, and work with internal teams to resolve them.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare insightful reports that tie results back to client objectives.
  • Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments to inform client strategy.
  • Contribute to quarterly business reviews and annual planning with actionable insights and recommendations.
