Responsibilities

  • Proactively establish and broaden relationships with existing and new executive clients within assigned portfolios
  • Identify new opportunities and manage the sales cycle from discovery to contract execution and delivery
  • Working within a team environment, provide insights and thought leadership based on understanding of client goals and strategic plans mapped to our data and key product offerings
  • Maintain strong sales governance on all activities and exemplify exceptional professionalism and responsiveness
  • Meet and/or exceed goals consistently and forecast any challenges well in advance of occurrence
  • 7-10 years of relevant large enterprise sales experience
  • Extensive business knowledge of the financial services industry and their challenges in Canada
  • Experience in information services and/or marketing, credit and risk management
  • Experience in working within a matrixed team and driving results and communicating difficult concepts to influence others to adopt a different point of view
  • External network within the industry to drive influence and credibility
  • Ability to utilize sophisticated critical thinking skills to work through complex problems and negotiations
  • Capable of summarizing issues and keeping calm when under pressure and dealing with senior executives
  • Masters level education
  • Solid understanding of cloud capabilities and transformative enablement
  • Working experience and/or sales experience with large Canadian financial service providers
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities
  • Strong command of Salesforce best practices
