Role Description
digitalfarm is seeking an experienced
Senior Account Executive – Social Media
to support the management and delivery of social media accounts across a diverse portfolio of brands.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in social media operations, content coordination, client servicing, and campaign execution within an agency environment.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will work closely with Account Managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of social media strategies, campaigns, and content.
You will play a key role in managing day-to-day account activities, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently and to a high standard.
This position is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their social media career, with strong organizational skills, a passion for digital content, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of projects.
- Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day client coordination and account requirements.
- Assist in developing social media strategies, content plans, and campaign proposals.
- Coordinate content calendars, creative briefs, approvals, and publishing schedules.
- Work closely with creative, strategy, production, and community management teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Review content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Support client meetings, status updates, presentations, and reporting.
- Monitor social media performance and assist in preparing campaign reports and insights.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and feedback to ensure effective workflow management.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform developments, and emerging content formats.
- Support new business activities, including research, presentations, and proposal development where required.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
- Experience managing social media accounts and coordinating client deliverables.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content planning, and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of social media analytics, reporting, and performance insights.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
Additional Requirements
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi.
- Must have prior social media agency experience.
- Strong interest in digital trends, content creation, and social media culture.
