Role Description

ndigitalfarm is seeking an experienced

Account Manager – Social Medi

a to lead and manage client accounts across a diverse portfolio of brands.

This role requires a strong client-facing professional with a solid understanding of social media strategy, content development, campaign execution, and account management within an agency environment.

You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, translating business objectives into effective social media strategies, and ensuring the seamless delivery of campaigns and content across platforms.

Working closely with internal creative, strategy, and production teams, you will ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and client satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple stakeholders, thrives in a fast-paced agency setting, and can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand goals.
  • Lead campaign planning, content calendar development, and creative briefing processes.
  • Oversee the delivery of content and campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
  • Review and approve content to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand alignment.
  • Manage client communications, presentations, status meetings, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, strategy, production, and community management to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
  • Support new business initiatives, including proposal development and RFP responses.
  • Mentor and support junior team members where required.
  • Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4–6+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in an account management role within an agency.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent client servicing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience interpreting social media analytics and translating insights into recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be based in Abu Dhabi.
  • Must have prior social media agency experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
