  • What will you be doing?
  • The Senior Account Executive (SAE) plays a key role in a team-selling environment, owning a defined territory within Saudi Arabia.
  • You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across strategic accounts, contributing directly to software, services, and recurring revenue growth.
  • In this role, you will:
  • Develop new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts in Saudi Arabia
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure
  • Build and execute account and opportunity plans aligned to regional growth priorities
  • Use consultative selling techniques to advise customers on their IT strategy and position AvePoint solutions effectively
  • Conduct competitive analysis and clearly articulate our value proposition in the local market context
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Engage regularly with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership
  • Leverage regional partnerships and build strong relationships with key decision-makers across the Saudi ecosystem
  • Support post-sales activities where needed, ensuring effective issue resolution and identifying further growth opportunities

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software or technology sales
  • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles in a B2B environment
  • Experience working within a virtual account team structure
  • Strong executive-level relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC market is strongly preferred
