We are looking for a responsible and experienced **Patrolling Security Supervisor** to oversee security patrol operations, supervise security personnel, and ensure the safety and security of assigned sites.
The ideal candidate will monitor patrol activities, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with security procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security patrol officers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and patrol checks.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain security records.
- Ensure compliance with site instructions and company policies.
- Liaise with clients and management regarding security matters.
- Train and guide security personnel when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a security supervisory role.
- SIRA Certification (preferred/required).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
**Location:** UAE
**Experience:** 2+ years in security operations or supervision.
**Benefits:** As per UAE Labour Law.
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
